Anh Ha Tran advises large and mid-sized enterprises in the area of corporate and commercial law, supporting Chinese enterprises with their investments in Germany and in Europe. Her primary focus areas are international contractual law, contract drafting, and providing legal advice within the framework of the purchases of enterprises as well as other transactions.
In addition to that, Ms. Tran advises national and international enterprises in the area of intellectual property protection and competition law. Here, the primary areas of her focus are matters concerning trademark law and data protection law. An additional activity for Ms. Tran includes the creation, review, and revision of contractual agreements and general terms and conditions of business, particularly with a view to German and European antitrust law.
