Carolin Freifrau Schenck zu Schweinsberg-Zügel, LL.M.


Studies of law and history of art at Albrecht-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg i. Br., Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn and the University of Aberdeen, Scotland (Master of Laws). Training periods in St Petersburg, Moscow and Vancouver.

Admitted to the bar since 2007, specialized lawyer in the fields of bank law and capital market law.

Mrs. Schenk zu Schweinsberg-Zügel is a member of the Bank Law Association (Bankrechtliche Vereinigung – Wissenschaftliche Gesellschaft für Bankrecht e.V.) and of the German-British Jurists Association (Deutsch-Britische Juristenvereinigung e.V.).

Mrs. Schenck zu Schweisberg-Zügel advises in all fields of bank law and works as a litigator. She represents especially banks, internationally operating credit institutions and funds inside as well as outside the court. She oversees large proceedings all over Germany, including international circumstances.

Moreover, Mrs. Schenck zu Schweinsberg-Zügel represents public bodies in the field of government liability issues.
