Dr. Harro Wilde

Lawyer and Notary a.D.

born in 1950; le­gal stud­ies at the Uni­ver­si­ties of Tübin­gen and Bonn, as­sis­tant lec­tur­er at the Uni­ver­si­ty of Tübin­gen (Prof. Dr. Rothoeft). Ad­mit­ted to the Ger­man Bar in 1977, ap­point­ment as no­tary pub­lic in 2000. Pub­li­ca­tions in the ar­eas of com­pe­ti­tion law, con­flict of laws and re­al es­tate law. Mem­ber of the As­so­ci­a­tion for In­dus­tri­al Prop­er­ty Rights and Copy­right.

Dr. Har­ro Wilde is li­censed to prac­tice as an at­tor­ney-at-law (Recht­san­walt). In his prac­tice as an at­tor­ney, Dr. Wilde ad­vis­es both do­mes­tic and for­eign clients with re­gard to all ques­tions of IP rights and copy­right. He is reg­u­lar­ly in­volved with reg­is­trat­ing and de­fend­ing trade marks on a na­tion­al and in­ter­na­tion­al lev­el as well as with in­ter­net law is­sues. Fur­ther­more, Dr. Har­ro Wilde fo­cus­es on ad­vis­ing cor­po­rate clients in com­plex merg­er con­trol and an­titrust mat­ters. He has ac­quired ex­cel­lent ex­per­tise in the le­gal as­sess­ment, prepa­ra­tion and fil­ing of M & A trans­ac­tions with na­tion­al and Eu­ro­pean car­tel au­thor­i­ties, as well as in struc­tur­ing ver­ti­cal dis­tri­bu­tion agree­ments and oth­er mea­sures with a po­ten­tial im­pact on com­pe­ti­tion law.

Dr. Wilde’s office as notary ended on 29.02.2020. Dr. Jan Knöbl was appointed as notarial administrator and acting notary.

Dr. Thomas R. Klötzel

Lawyer

born in 1957; Dr. Thomas R. Klötzel stud­ied law at the Uni­ver­si­ties of Tübin­gen and Gene­va; ad­mis­sion to the Ger­man Bar in 1986. From 1987 to 1988 Dr. Klötzel was the head of the firm’s Sin­ga­pore of­fice. He is a lec­tur­er in For­eign Law at the ESB Eu­ro­pean School of Busi­ness of Reut­lin­gen Uni­ver­si­ty. In ad­di­tion, he is a mem­ber of the In­ter­na­tion­al Bar As­so­ci­a­tion, the Ger­man In­sti­tu­tion of Ar­bi­tra­tion and a board mem­ber of both, the Ger­man-British Ju­rists’ As­so­ci­a­tion and the Ger­man-Sin­ga­pore Lawyers’ As­so­ci­a­tion.

Dr. Klötzel’s prac­tice fo­cus­es on in­ter­na­tion­al civ­il pro­ce­dure law and com­mer­cial ar­bi­tra­tion, where he acts both as ar­bi­tra­tor and coun­sel. He has wide ex­pe­ri­ence in ad­vis­ing com­pa­nies on their in­vest­ment ac­tiv­i­ties in Asia, in par­tic­u­lar in In­dia, Malaysia, Sin­ga­pore, Chi­na and Tai­wan, on is­sues re­lat­ing to the in­cor­po­ra­tion of sub­sidiaries, struc­tur­ing and ne­go­ti­a­tion of joint ven­ture agree­ments – in­clud­ing an­cil­lary agree­ments such as li­cence – man­u­fac­tur­ing, and dis­tri­bu­tion and agen­cy agree­ments. Dr. Thomas R. Klötzel’s strength in lit­i­ga­tion lies in his ex­pe­ri­ence in han­dling com­plex lit­i­ga­tion in var­i­ous state fo­rums, in par­tic­u­lar patent cas­es.

Dr. Klötzel is a fre­quent speak­er at var­i­ous na­tion­al in­sti­tu­tions on mat­ters re­lat­ing to his prac­tice ar­eas. Pa­pers pre­sent­ed by him have been pub­lished in var­i­ous na­tion­al and in­ter­na­tion­al jour­nals.

Dr. Christina Mitsch

Lawyer

Dr. Christina Mitsch studied law at the universities of Munich and Würzburg. She has been a lawyer since 1990 and an accredited specialist in labour law since 1995. Certified as a company data protection officer (GDDCert. EU), she is also a member of the German Association for Data Protection and Data Security (GDD). She lectures at Berlin’s Humboldt-University and is regional manager Berlin of the Association of German Employment Lawyers (VDAA) and member of the Working Group for lawyers specialized in Employment Law, a section of the German Bar Association, the German Association of Labour Courts, the Berlin Circle of Friends and Sponsors of Labour Law and the Legal Society.

Christina is particularly experienced in the field of employee leasing, company’s pension schemes and data protection – in particular employee data protection. She advises and represents companies in addition to managing directors, board members and executives in all issues relating to labour law. This involves, among others, the individual design of employment contracts – including advice on remuneration (such as stock options), the protection of confidential information and covenants of non-competition. Christina represents all instances in court.

Dr. Bettina Linder

Lawyer

born in 1967; Dr. Bet­ti­na Lin­der stud­ied law at the Uni­ver­si­ties of Hei­del­berg, Pas­sau and Tours (France) where she al­so com­plet­ed a law-re­lat­ed lan­guage train­ing in En­glish and French; ad­mit­ted to the Ger­man Bar in 1998; sev­er­al lec­tures on dif­fer­ent top­ics, par­tic­u­lar­ly on do­main law and oth­er top­ics of in­ter­net law; lec­tures on gen­er­al pri­vate law and in­ter­na­tion­al law at the Duale Hochschule Baden-Würt­tem­berg (for­mer: Beruf­sakademie); mem­ber of Deutsche Vere­ini­gung für Gewerblichen Rechtss­chutz und Urhe­ber­recht (GRUR).

Dr. Lin­der acts for na­tion­al and in­ter­na­tion­al com­pa­nies, in­ter alia sev­er­al pub­lish­ing com­pa­nies, in the area of the pro­tec­tion of in­dus­tri­al prop­er­ty. Dr. Lin­der has ex­per­tise in lit­i­ga­tion con­cern­ing do­mains, copy­rights and me­dia law is­sues, and law­suits con­cern­ing trade­marks or IT-law, such as com­put­er con­tracts. Since her ca­reer be­gan she has de­vel­oped a fur­ther main fo­cus on top­ics re­lat­ing to com­pe­ti­tion law.

Fur­ther­more, Dr. Lin­der has long stand­ing ex­pe­ri­ence in draft­ing and re­vis­ing stan­dard form con­tracts – al­so En­glish and French ver­sions – and pro­vides in-house-train­ing on this sub­ject for her clients. In ad­di­tion, Dr. Lin­der gives ad­vice on all le­gal ques­tions re­lat­ing to the in­stal­la­tion of in­ter­net shops.

Dr. Sönke Anders

Lawyer

born in 1964; Dr. Sönke An­ders stud­ied law at the Uni­ver­si­ties of Freiburg and Di­jon (France). Ad­mit­ted to the Ger­man Bar in 1995. Cer­ti­fied spe­cial­ist lawyer in ad­min­is­tra­tive law and public procurement. Mem­ber of the Ger­man Lawyers’ As­so­ci­a­tion and the Fo­rum Pub­lic Ten­ders.

Dr. Sönke An­ders is spe­cialised on pub­lic pro­cure­ment law. He ad­vis­es gov­ern­ment au­thor­i­ties on pro­cure­ment pro­ce­dures. In con­tract award re­view pro­ceed­ings, he rep­re­sents both con­tract­ing en­ti­ties and ten­der­ers.

An­oth­er fo­cus of Dr. An­ders ac­tiv­i­ties is on an­ti-trust law, with em­pha­sis on the fields of abuse con­trol and pri­vate en­force­ment.

Dr. Sönke An­ders has ac­com­pa­nied nu­mer­ous struc­tural and civ­il en­gi­neer­ing pro­jects. He ad­vis­es pub­lic au­thor­i­ties in ques­tions con­cern­ing state aid law. Constanze Muck

Lawyer

born 1981; studied law and held a clerkship at the Technical University of Dresden; attorney-at-law since 2010. Member of the German Bar Association’s working group for intellectual property law and media and of the Medical Law Association at Dresden International University.

Ms. Muck’s practices primarily focuses on litigation involving medium-sized and large companies in banking and leasing matters. Moreover, she accompanies intellectual property matters including, but not limited to, registering, monitoring and defending trademarks and copyrights as well as managing patents, and advises on issues of competition law. She also provides legal advice and representation to physicians and pharmacists concerning professional practices and liability: e.g., in questions involving the applicable rules and regulations governing pharmaceuticals and medications.
