Im­mo­bi­li­en- und Ge­sell­schafts­recht sind seit über zwei Jahr­zehn­ten sei­ne an­ge­stamm­ten Ar­beits­be­rei­che. Ne­ben der fo­ren­si­schen Tä­tig­keit in die­sen Rechts­ge­bie­ten bil­det das No­ta­ri­at vor­nehm­lich in den ge­nann­ten Be­rei­chen den Ar­beits­schwer­punkt. Im Im­mo­bi­li­en­recht ent­wirft, be­ur­kun­det und voll­zieht Dr. Boll­mann Kauf­ver­trä­ge so­wohl für Im­mo­bi­li­en­un­ter­neh­men und Ban­ken als auch für Pri­vat­per­so­nen. Auf­tei­lun­gen nach dem Woh­nungs­ei­gen­tums­ge­setz ge­hö­ren eben­so zur täg­li­chen Ar­beit wie kom­ple­xe Fi­nan­zie­run­gen und Si­cher­hei­ten­be­stel­lun­gen.

Im Ge­sell­schafts­recht wer­den ne­ben Grün­dungs­be­ur­kun­dun­gen und den Be­ur­kun­dun­gen von Ge­sell­schafts­ver­samm­lun­gen auch be­deut­sa­me ge­sell­schafts­recht­li­che Um­struk­tu­rie­run­gen, wie Um­wand­lun­gen und Ver­schmel­zun­gen kom­pe­tent und er­fah­ren be­treut. Dr. Gerhard Bollmann

born in 1957; Dr. Ger­hard Boll­mann stud­ied law at the Uni­ver­si­ty of Göttin­gen; as­sis­tance pro­fes­sor at the Uni­ver­si­ty of Ham­burg (chair of Prof. Dr. Ze­uner); Recht­san­walt since 1987; No­tar since 2002.

Prop­er­ty trans­ac­tions and Cor­po­rate Law have been the tra­di­tion­al prac­tice/ com­pe­tence ar­eas of Dr. Boll­mann for more than twen­ty years. Be­side his lit­i­ga­tion prac­tice in the afore­men­tioned ar­eas, he is now con­cen­trat­ing on his work as a no­tary pub­lic.

Dr. Boll­mann han­dles all as­pects of Prop­er­ty trans­ac­tions in­clud­ing draft­ing, no­ta­riza­tion and re­al­iza­tion of pur­chase con­tracts for prop­er­ty cor­po­ra­tions and banks as well as for pri­vate per­sons. Par­ti­tion of prop­er­ty in ac­cor­dance with the Con­do­mini­um Act (Woh­nung­seigentümerge­setz) is part of his dai­ly work, as well as ad­vice on fi­nanc­ing and col­lat­er­al­i­sa­tion pro­ce­dures.

Dr. Boll­mann no­ta­rizes foun­da­tions of com­pa­nies and share­hold­ers’ meet­ings and ad­vis­es clients on cor­po­rate re­or­gan­i­sa­tion such as re­struc­tur­ing and merg­er. His ex­ten­sive ex­pe­ri­ence is a guar­an­tee for the bal­ance nec­es­sary in the no­ta­riza­tion of these trans­ac­tions.

Dr. Christina Mitsch

Lawyer

Dr. Christina Mitsch studied law at the universities of Munich and Würzburg. She has been a lawyer since 1990 and an accredited specialist in labour law since 1995. Certified as a company data protection officer (GDDCert. EU), she is also a member of the German Association for Data Protection and Data Security (GDD). She lectures at Berlin’s Humboldt-University and is regional manager Berlin of the Association of German Employment Lawyers (VDAA) and member of the Working Group for lawyers specialized in Employment Law, a section of the German Bar Association, the German Association of Labour Courts, the Berlin Circle of Friends and Sponsors of Labour Law and the Legal Society.

Christina is particularly experienced in the field of employee leasing, company’s pension schemes and data protection – in particular employee data protection. She advises and represents companies in addition to managing directors, board members and executives in all issues relating to labour law. This involves, among others, the individual design of employment contracts – including advice on remuneration (such as stock options), the protection of confidential information and covenants of non-competition. Christina represents all instances in court.

Olaf Sachner

Lawyer

born in 1961; Olaf Sach­n­er stud­ied law at the Uni­ver­si­ty of Mar­burg; he was ad­mit­ted to the Ger­man Bar in 1997. Mr. Sach­n­er is a Cer­ti­fied Lawyer for Bank and Cap­i­tal Mar­ket Law and mem­ber of the bank­ing law as­so­ci­a­tion “Aca­dem­ic So­ci­ety for Bank­ing Law e.V.”

Be­fore join­ing Thümmel, Schütze & Part­ner in 2005 Mr. Sach­n­er worked as an in-house coun­sel for a ma­jor Ger­man bank­ing group in Frank­furt/Main and Berlin for more than 12 years.

Mr. Sach­n­er has ex­ten­sive ex­pe­ri­ence in the ar­eas of gen­er­al bank­ing law, cor­po­rate lend­ing, re­struc­tur­ing and in­sol­ven­cy law, as well as prop­er­ty fi­nanc­ing.

Eduard Meier

Born in 1987; attended the University of Konstanz; clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Karlsruhe; several years working as lecturer at a bar examination revision course; researcher at the University of Stuttgart (endowed chair of Prof. Dr. Volker Haug); admitted as an attorney-at-law since 2017.
Mr. Meier belongs to our banking and capital markets practice and represents credit institutes in disputes both in and out of court.
