Dr. Chmel primarily counsels and represents employers, as well as executives in all aspects of individual and collective labour law. The consultation of foreign international companies with activities in Germany and Europe is one of his main focuses. Dr. Chmel is, inter alia, specialized in the conclusion and termination of employment contracts and service contracts of managing directors and board members, litigation and restructuring including aspects of collective bargaining law such as the “escape” from collective bargaining agreements. Furthermore, Dr. Chmel has special expertise in the law applicable to commercial agents.
