Dr. Harro Wilde is licensed to practice both as a German notary (Notar) and as an attorney-at-law (Rechtsanwalt). In his practice as an attorney, Dr. Wilde advises both domestic and foreign clients with regard to all questions of IP rights and copyright. He is regularly involved with registrating and defending trade marks on a national and international level as well as with internet law issues. Furthermore, Dr. Harro Wilde focuses on advising corporate clients in complex merger control and antitrust matters. He has acquired excellent expertise in the legal assessment, preparation and filing of M & A transactions with national and European cartel authorities, as well as in structuring vertical distribution agreements and other measures with a potential impact on competition law.
