Dr. Nicolai-Anselm von Holst

Lawyer and Notary

Born in Hamburg, Germany, in 1967; a private banking apprenticeship at Delbrück & Co.; studied law in Kiel and in Guildford, attorney-at-law since 1999 and specialized attorney for banking and capital markets since 2008. He is a member of the working group for banking and capital markets of the German Bar Association (Deutscher Anwaltsverein) and of the Banking Law Association (Bankrechtliche Vereinigung – Wissenschaftliche Gesellschaft für Bankrecht e.V.), and a lecturer at the Campus Institut, at the Koblenz University of Applied Sciences, and at the Schmalkalden University of Applied Sciences.
Dr. von Holst advises credit and financial services institutions on restructuring and reorganization matters and rounds out his practice by representing both plaintiffs and defendants in litigation regarding all aspects of banking. Furthermore, Dr. von Holst advises employers and sales and marketing divisions both on how to implement and to modify company retirement pension plans and on questions of occupational law relating to permissible legal services.
Dr. von Holst is a notary.
