Knut Wolfgang Nörr and Prof. Dr. Gottfried Schiemann); doctorate degree in the field of corporate and inheritance law; attorney-at-law since 2009; various publications in the areas of corporate and commercial law; lecturer at the Hagen Law School and the Hochschule für öffentliche Verwaltung und Finanzen Ludwigsburg. Dr. Haberstroh is a member of our law firm’s Management Committee.
Mr. Haberstroh mainly looks into questions of the law of the limited liability company, the stock corporation and insolvency law, especially in the field of capital contribution and maintenance of capital and respective insolvency law problems.
Mr. Haberstroh specializes in advising enterprises on all corporate law questions comprehensively. He focuses, inter alia, on corporate financing both for independent companies and for corporate groups. Moreover, Mr. Haberstroh has special expertise in the area of crisis and insolvency-near advice of enterprises and the respective litigation with insolvency administrators. He also advises on the implementation of compliance programs.
Mr. Haberstroh is a member of Wissenschaftliche Vereinigung für Unternehmens- und Gesellschaftsrecht (VGR) e.V., Deutscher Juristentag e.V. and an honorary member of the Phi Delta Phi Richard von Weizsäcker Inn Tübingen and a member of the advisory board of the legal education magazine, JSE issued by the Inn.
