Dr. Roland Haberstroh, LL.M.


born in 1977; stud­ies at Eber­hard-Karls-Uni­ver­sität Tübin­gen and Boston Uni­ver­si­ty (Mas­ter of Laws in Amer­i­can Law); schol­ar­ship hold­er of Kon­rad-Ade­nauer-Stiftung e.V.; re­search as­sis­tant at Tübin­gen Uni­ver­si­ty (Prof. Dr. Dres. h.c. Knut Wolf­gang Nörr and Prof. Dr. Got­tfried Schie­mann); doc­tor­ate de­gree in the field of cor­po­rate and in­her­i­tance law; at­tor­ney-at-law since 2009; var­i­ous pub­li­ca­tions in the ar­eas of cor­po­rate and com­mer­cial law; lec­tur­er at the Ha­gen Law School and the Hochschule für öffentliche Verwaltung und Finanzen Ludwigsburg. Dr. Haber­stroh is a mem­ber of our law firm’s Man­age­ment Com­mit­tee.

Mr. Haber­stroh main­ly looks in­to ques­tions of the law of the lim­it­ed li­a­bil­i­ty com­pa­ny, the stock cor­po­ra­tion and in­sol­ven­cy law, es­pe­cial­ly in the field of cap­i­tal con­tri­bu­tion and main­te­nance of cap­i­tal and re­spec­tive in­sol­ven­cy law prob­lems.

Mr. Haber­stroh spe­cial­izes in ad­vis­ing en­ter­pris­es on all cor­po­rate law ques­tions com­pre­hen­sive­ly. He fo­cus­es, in­ter alia, on cor­po­rate fi­nanc­ing both for in­de­pen­dent com­pa­nies and for cor­po­rate groups. More­over, Mr. Haber­stroh has spe­cial ex­per­tise in the area of cri­sis and in­sol­ven­cy-near ad­vice of en­ter­pris­es and the re­spec­tive lit­i­ga­tion with in­sol­ven­cy ad­min­is­tra­tors. He al­so ad­vis­es on the im­ple­men­ta­tion of com­pli­ance pro­grams.

Mr. Haber­stroh is a mem­ber of Wis­senschaftliche Vere­ini­gung für Un­ternehmens- und Gesellschaft­srecht (VGR) e.V., Deutsch­er Ju­ris­tentag e.V. and an hon­orary mem­ber of the Phi Delta Phi Richard von Weizsäck­er Inn Tübin­gen and a mem­ber of the ad­vi­so­ry board of the le­gal ed­u­ca­tion mag­a­zine, JSE is­sued by the Inn.
