Dr. Ulrike Suendorf-Bischof


Trained in banking, followed by law studies and doctoral work at the University of Wuerzburg. Criminal law teaching assistant at the University of Wuerzburg from 1995 to 1999, with research emphasis on money laundering. From 1999 to 2007, she was a member of the legal department of a German banking group. During this period, she held a teaching position for a year-and-a-half at the Heilbronn University of Applied Sciences in the area of civil law. Dr. Suendorf-Bischof has been a member of our banking and capital markets practice group since 2010.
Dr. Suendorf-Bischof advises in all areas of banking and works as a civil litigator. She represents banks, internationally active credit institutes, and investment funds both in and out of court.
Additionally, Dr. Suendorf-Bischof represents public-law corporations in government liability matters.
