The competent consumer arbitration entity for proprietary disputes arising from a mandate relationship is the Schlichtungsstelle der Rechtsanwaltschaft, Neue Gruenstrasse 17, D-10179 Berlin, Germany, www.schlichtungsstelle-der-rechtsanwaltschaft.de. However, German attorneys are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before consumer arbitration entities.

Thümmel Schütze is unwilling to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before consumer arbitration entities including, but not limited to, the Schlichtungsstelle der Rechtsanwaltschaft.

This platform can be used to initiate dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration entity. Attorneys are, however, not obliged to participate in such proceedings.
