Martin Asal studied at the Universities of Tübingen and Heidelberg and received a doctor’s degree at the University of Munich. He has been working as an attorney with Thümmel Schütze since 1996 and as an assistant lecturer at RWTH Aachen University, Institute for Urban Planning and Transportation, since 2014.
Martin Asal practices construction and real estate law as a consultant and attorney of record. Furthermore, he advises on the implementation of projects. A core of Martin Asal’s practice focuses on public construction and planning law, which also includes redistribution systems, rehabilitation and expropriation procedures, as well as planning on state and regional levels.
