Jan Schirpke advises companies on all matters of individual and collective labor law. He assists employers in structuring employment relationships, handles labor law disputes, and provides counsel on strategic human resources issues.
A particular focus of his practice is on the labor law challenges posed by the digital workplace. This includes, in particular, issues surrounding the use of artificial intelligence in companies, as well as the associated legal obligations and liability risks for employers.
Jan Schirpke studied at the Universities of Konstanz and Copenhagen, specializing in labor and social law, and earned his doctorate in Konstanz. He completed his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Stuttgart.
