Jörg Henzler studied at the Universities of Heidelberg and Lausanne and received his doctor’s degree in LLC law. He acted as prosecutor and judge for the State of Baden-Württemberg. He has been practising law with Thümmel Schütze since 2010.
Jörg Henzler specialises in LLC and stock corporation law as well as insurance law. He advises on corporate law, on restructuring and complex corporate litigations.
Jörg Henzler’s clients include national and international insurance companies. He assumes the position of monitoring and coverage counsel. He defends managers, executive directors, and supervisory and advisory boards in manager liability procedures.
