Martin Hofelich studied at the University of Tübingen and has acted as a research assistant for an insolvency administration office in Stuttgart in insolvency rescissions. He completed his traineeship at the district court in Ulm. He has been practising law with Thümmel Schütze since 2019.

His areas of expertise lie in private and public construction and real estate law. He supports property transactions during legal due diligence in particular, both for the buyer and seller.
