Constanze Muck studied at the University of Dresden. She was admitted to the bar in 2010 and has been practising law with Thümmel Schütze since 2017.

Constanze Muck specialises in medical law, especially medical malpractice, medicines and pharmaceutical-advertising law, and represents doctors and hospitals before and out of court. Additionally, she advises on industrial property rights and copyright law. This includes the registration, monitoring and defence of brands; the legal assertion and defence of copyrights; and the administration of patents.

Her clients include banks and financial services companies as well as public bodies, doctors and pharmacies.
