Christian Raiser completed his studies at the University of Tübingen, where he worked as a research assistant at the chair of Prof Dr Karl-Hermann Kästner. He has been a lawyer at Thümmel Schütze since 2015, 2016 and 2017 at the Singapore office. Christian Raiser is admitted as a Registered Foreign Lawyer in Singapore.


One of Raiser's main areas of specialisation is real estate law. He offers comprehensive advice on property transactions, from legal due diligence to purchase agreement negotiations and closing. In addition, he advises clients in all areas of property law, in particular in the drafting and negotiation of commercial leases, construction contracts and service agreements. His expertise also includes representing clients before authorities and in court.


Further areas of specialisation include sports & sponsoring, international contract law and international investments and joint ventures, as well as IT law with a focus on artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain technologies.
