Christian Raiser completed his studies at the University of Tübingen and worked there as a research assistant under Prof. Dr. Karl-Hermann Kästner. Since 2015, he has been a lawyer at Thümmel Schütze and worked in 2016 and 2017 at their Singapore office. In Singapore, Christian Raiser is registered as a Foreign Lawyer.

The central focus of Attorney Raiser’s practice lies in real estate law. He offers comprehensive legal advice on project developments and real estate transactions (asset and share deals), starting from legal due diligence, through purchase contract negotiations, to the closing. Additionally, he advises clients in all areas of real estate law, particularly in the drafting and negotiation of commercial lease agreements, construction contracts, and service agreements, as well as in all aspects of asset management. His expertise also includes the representation of clients before authorities and in court.

Since 2023, Mr. Raiser has been a lecturer in real estate law at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW Stuttgart).

Further specializations include sports & sponsorship, international contract law, the handling of international investments and joint ventures, as well as IT law with a focus on artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain technologies.
