Rolf Frank studied at the universities of Regensburg and Munich, specialising in civil law and commercial law.

After being admitted to the bar in January 1990, he initially worked in various law firms, specialising in private construction and architectural law, as well as in legal areas relating to real estate (tenancy law, WEG matters, real estate purchase agreements, property law, etc.). In 2005, he started his own business with a colleague as a law firm with two partners, later as an individual law firm.
