  • As an arbitrator (presiding arbitrator, arbitral tribunal member or sole arbitrator), Rolf A. Schütze has been involved in more than 100 mostly international cases in ad hoc and institutional arbitration proceedings (ICC, DIS, International Court of Arbitration in Vienna, and the Regional Centre for Arbitration, Kuala Lumpur). In many other cases, he has acted as a party representative before arbitral tribunals.
