Olaf Sachner studied at the University of Marburg. After his work in different legal departments of German banking companies, he started practising law with Thümmel Schütze in 2005.

Olaf Sachner specialises in banking and capital market law. He has special expertise in investment and securities law, national and international enterprises, the financing of projects and properties, as well as restructuring measures and insolvency law.
