Jan Singbartl

Jan Singbartl studied at the University of Augsburg, specialising in civil procedure law, private international law and European civil procedure law. After being admitted to the bar in 2018, he joined Thümmel Schütze in 2023.  Jan Singbartl worked for many years in a major international law firm and with Dr Thomas Winter, BGH lawyer. Before that, he was a research assistant at the chair of Prof. Dr. Beate Gsell at the LMU Munich for many years.

Jan Singbartl also works part-time as a tutor at the leading law school hemmer, where he is responsible for the courses in the 2nd state examination in the core areas of civil law and civil procedural law in Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Thuringia and Hesse/Hamburg.
