Konstantin Sinn advises on banking and capital markets law as well as international economic law.
In particular, he assists banks and investment companies, as well as medium-sized and publicly traded entreprises across various industries, with complex commercial law matters and in cross-border proceedings, including international arbitration.
Konstantin Sinn studied in Freiburg, Geneva, and Lausanne and was Research Associate at the Jean Monnet Chair of Prof. Dr. Marc Bungenberg. He completed his legal clerkship at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court, including a placement at the Federal Ministry of Economics (Department for Legal Representation before the European Courts).
