Andreas Wax studied at the Universities of Tübingen, Aix-Marseille III (Matrîse en droit, mention droit international et européen) and Speyer. He worked as a research assistant at the University of Tübingen (under the professorship of Prof. Dr Ronellenfitsch) and received his doctor’s degree there. He has been practising law with Thümmel Schütze since 2007.

Andreas Wax is mainly active in the field of property transactions, advising both purchasers and sellers. He supports projects in every aspect, from the legal due diligence to the negotiations up to the signing. Furthermore, he advises owners on all relevant questions regarding real estate management, especially the drafting of leases and service contracts. He also conducts all necessary communications and represents his clients before court.

His clients include large and mid-sized enterprises, private investors and the public sector.
