Thümmel, Schütze & Partner ranks among the most attractive employers for lawyers

News from 08.09.14

In the 2014 trendence Graduate Barometer, Thümmel, Schütze & Partner once again achieved outstanding results, ranking among the 100 top employers for aspiring young lawyers. This was revealed by Germany’s largest graduate survey, the 2014 trendence Graduate Barometer—German Law Edition.

The 2014 trendence Graduate Barometer is an annual online study tracking students’ career aspirations and expectations. It has now been conducted for the fourth time by the prestigious trendence Institute in Berlin. Students were asked which enterprises they find attractive and what they consider important when choosing their first employer. The Law Edition polled students and law interns with particularly strong performance as well as fully qualified lawyers (“high potentials”).

“I am particularly pleased that for the third time in a row, we have been selected among the Top 100 on the renowned ranking list of the most attractive German employers. Attractive working conditions and our sustainable HR policy make our law firm interesting for high potentials. This is also an important prerequisite for fulfilling our high standards for quality, and for ensuring that our clients always receive optimal legal advice,” says Andreas Chmel, HR manager and member of the firm’s managing committee, regarding the results.
