born in 1983, studies at the University of Augsburg with the focus on banking and capital market law; practical training after the first state exam i.e. at the Division of Commerce of the Higher Court Stuttgart as well as at a renown German law firm. Currently working on his doctoral thesis on a subject connected with the history of law, his Ph.D. adviser being Professor Dr. Becker, Augsburg. Mr. Hölldampf has been admitted as a lawyer since 2011.
Mr. Hölldampf represents credit institutions and financial servicers both inside and outside the courtroom in legal disputes in the entire field of banking and capital market law. Moreover, he renders his advice in banking and banking supervision law and in compliance matters.
He focuses, inter alia, on the advice of credit institutions with respect to all legal questions in the context of cancellations of consumer loan contracts.
